At NatruSmile, we are proud of our efficient order processing system. Currently, our processing times for orders are typically within 2-5 business days in the USA and 2-3 days in the UK. However, we kindly request your understanding and patience as there may be additional transit days required during national holidays, inclement weather conditions, courier strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of NatruSmile. We strive to ensure a smooth delivery process and appreciate your cooperation in such situations.
Orders of $99 or more within the United States or £99 or more in the United Kingdom are eligible for complimentary standard shipping. The shipping costs for your order will be automatically calculated and presented during the checkout process.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
NatruSmile offers shipping to destinations within the United States, including U.S. territories, and in most instances, APO/FPO/DPO addresses. For deliveries to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, NatruSmile utilizes UPS as the designated carrier. It's important to note that UPS does not provide shipping services for PO boxes.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a Shipment Confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) should become active within 48 hours of receiving the email. In the event that you haven't received any tracking updates within 3 business days for domestic orders or 10 business days for international orders, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Service team for assistance.
Damages During Shipping
In the unfortunate event that your order sustains damage during the shipping process, NatruSmile will promptly replace the affected items. If you receive a non-functioning product due to shipping-related damage, please notify our Customer Service team within 3 business days of receiving your order, and we will assist you accordingly.
Lost or Stolen Orders
While NatruSmile strives to ensure secure and reliable delivery, we cannot be held accountable for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. In such cases, where the courier confirms delivery and the order is reported as lost or stolen, NatruSmile does not offer reimbursement or replacement as a standard policy. However, in exceptional circumstances, NatruSmile may, at its sole discretion, provide an affidavit if a replacement is deemed necessary.
International Orders: Customs & Duties
NatruSmile takes full responsibility for customs and duty fees associated with international orders. If you encounter verified customs or duty fees imposed by the destination country upon the arrival of your order, you may be eligible for reimbursement from NatruSmile.
